Blogger is not letting me upload pictures. Oh wait. It's only in "Edit Html" mode... hmmm... now what does the code look like... that "div" "/div" thing seems to have stopped!!
I have all these radishes in my garden and I can only eat so many by themselves. So I decided to look on the Internet and see if there were any radish recipes. There were lots of hits for "grated radish" but it didn't seem any of the recipes used more than a tablespoon or two or three of radish.
So I decided to create my own radish slaw. Here is what I put in it:
- 7-8 radishes, grated
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- 2 Tablespoons sour cream
- salt to taste
- few shakes pepper
It was very tasty!
