One of ds2's favorite meals is Challah bread spread with yogurt dressing (1/2 yogurt, 1/2 mayonnaise), topped with cucumber slices and cheddar cheese. We ran out of blocks of cheddar, so he improvised with shredded. I was up early in the morning on December 31st around 3am. By 5am decided to put this bread together for him in the breadmaker for a surprise. Coincidentally he woke up and had to get a drink of water, and saw the bread recipe book open to Challah Bread. :o)

aw... that's so sweet!
The sandwich looks good, too. I'd have put the shredded cheese under the cukes, though. The yogurt dressing might hold it on better! :)
